David Costanzo
(Travel Director, Biddy Ball Director, Spring /Summer League Director)
David Costanzo was born and raised in the Pennsbury School District. At the young age of 7 he fell in love with the game of basketball and has not turned back since. Playing the game was always enjoyable, but his true passion came from studying the game. After graduating from Pennsbury in 2006, he attended Kutztown University to become a teacher. Upon his return to the area he applied to only one school district, Pennsbury. Coach Costanzo has spent the last 10 years coaching boys and girls basketball at William Penn Middle School and for St. John's CYO. He continues to stay up late studying the game film to become the best coach he possibly can. Coach Costanzo lives in Yardley with his middle school sweetheart, his wife Natalie, and their son Cam, and daughter Shay, all of whom spends those late nights sleeping while Dave breaks down tape.
Mike Davis
(Academy Director, Travel Coach Pennsbury 2028)
Mike Davis has been apart of the LFE Family since day one. From our inception Mike was all in as a father, coach, and administrator. In his first two years he applied his talents for coaching and spreadsheet creation to aid in the building of the LFE Academy program. His influential steps to build this side of the organization was instrumental in taking the Academy program from 120 girls in our first years to a whopping 550+ by end of year 6. His role with the club has grown over the past 6 years. He has coached all age levels of travel basketball (Grade 3-8) while also leading the Academy division. Mikes tireless work and leadership are an inspiration to all around him, especially his two young daughters Neve and Marley. Neve is a first generation LFE Players who graduated through the ranks of the program to go on to play at Pennsbury High school and was apart of the 2020 one loss JV team, and a current memeber of the 2021 Pennsbury Varsity Team
John Templeton
(Academy Director, Academy Coach)
John Temepleton brings joy and kindness to everything he does. Surrounded by his family of five, the Templetons have been with LFE since the creation of the league. What started as a reliable and trusted sounding board in the in-house and travel divisions morphed into something so much more. The heartbeat of the Academy division, John is a jack of all trades. Division director in through multiple age groups, scheduler, roster builder, and overall CEO of each division without John none of this would be possible. John also spends most of his nights coaching across three different divisions, instilling the LFE way in both the players and coaches he is tasked.
